onlyFE are an independent recruitment advertising agency, specialising in the Further Education sector. They provide comprehensive, strategic recruitment advertising solutions and management. As experts in FE they understand the unique challenges faced in this sector and tackle these head on with innovative, well targeted campaigns.

We are thrilled to start our collaboration with the team at onlyFE with the development and delivery of a comprehensive marketing strategy, a range of design projects, including a refresh of their logo, development of their brand across stationery, direct mail, email marketing and the development and launch of a new website. Our work together continues in the form of ongoing marketing initiatives and design.

We were initially approached by onlyFE to help establish and implement a marketing strategy, taking a weight off their busy team who, due to the continued growth of the company, were struggling to dedicate the time needed to curating their marketing efforts.

Following a buzzy marketing workshop with the team at which we identified their objectives of invigorating the brand and extending market share, explored key messaging and how we would help them tell their story, the practical task of implementing the strategy began.

As a first step, we tweaked their logo, along with developing a new more varied and interesting colour palette and type face to reflect the personalities within the team and add a bit of colour to their communications. These changes were then rolled out onto stationery and other core items as a starting point.

The next step was planning and developing a new website for onlyFE. With customer experience at the heart of our planning, we set about creating a new structure for the site to easily enable future growth. Rooted firmly in the ongoing content strategy plans for the business, the blog and case study areas of the site were of particular importance. The site provides a rich resource for those within Further Education recruitment on the changing landscape and how onlyFE can support them.

Built on our bespoke CMS platform, the new website can be updated with ease and is the perfect platform no matter how complex future developments and functionality may be. To maximise reach and ensure compliance with current best practice, the site was designed to be fully responsive for optimal viewing across mobile, tablets and desktop.
