Paul and Wendy Cassar launched The Dental Hygiene Centre in October 2015, just two doors away from their affilliated dental practice The Grange Dental Surgery. The Dental Hygiene Centre is one of a few centres in England dedicated solely to dental hygiene and it allows patients to receive dental hygiene treatment without visiting or being registered with a dentist.

Our collaboration with Paul and Wendy began many years ago, working on various projects for The Grange Dental Practice.

When launching The Dental Hygiene Centre, they approached Mzuri to promote their new venture. Our brief was to create a new brand, promotional materials and signage for the practice as well as work on the launch PR and to create a fresh online presence.

Visitors to the centre and the site won't be surprised to learn that Wendy is a big fan of pink, so we used this 'signature colour' as a feature throughout the website to make it friendly, engaging and unique to The Dental Hygiene Centre.

The result is a website that reflects both the personality and values of the owner and the practice. Wendy explains that, "The theme of the surgery is pink, not only because it is a warm and welcoming colour, but also it is the colour of healthy gums which is our aim at The Dental Hygiene Centre".

Mzuri also implemented a PR program around the launch of the Centre, which generated some highly effective coverage.

The website is performing well and a phase 2 development is planned to include greater depth of content and additional functionality to the site. We continue to work with The Dental Hygiene Centre to support them with ongoing marketing, design and digital projects, as the centre itself expands.

Of our work together, Wendy commented, "It was great to have Mzuri on board for the development of the website. There has been a lot of positive feedback from clients, friends and family already on how impressive the new site looks! We look forward to working with Mzuri on the next phases of the site as the Dental Hygiene Centre continues to grow."
