Following an in-depth briefing meeting with the client we proposed that our work together commence with a full brand strategy workshop day, attended by the Mountjoy Board. The outcomes of this workshop informed a brand report which in turn formed a detailed basis for the new brand development brief.
It also furnished the Mountjoy Board with a document that outlined all the key areas of their ongoing marketing strategy such as market position, target markets, target geographical areas, key messages, SWOT analysis, USP's and the brand proposition.
Following the development of the new brand, the ongoing roll out project encompassed an extensive range of additional items, including a full suite of stationery for their numerous office locations, a fully content managed website with supporting email marketing, an internal newsletter, livery design, clothing and a variety of signage.
