Spot the difference!

We were recently approached by a local charity, The Furniture Helpline, with the challenge of a complete website overhaul, including a comprehensive database structure allowing integration with their stock system and ecommerce functionality for their customers.  And we hope from these before and after shots that you’ll agree the final result is a marked improvement!

Furniture Helpline work locally to help furnish the homes of low-income households, making a house a home. This is achieved through various means, but mainly through the donations of unwanted furniture. The team then work to prepare the furniture, white goods and household goods so they are in top-notch condition and working order.

The client wanted a site that was confident and communicative, making the array of services and community support which The Furniture Helpline gets involved with clear to prospective customers and donors from the get go.

The new website does all of this and more. It is a new central source of information and a hub of activity – with a page for every service and easy to use forms meaning that donating that unwanted armchair, or arranging a full house clearance, and much more, couldn’t be easier.

The website development project has been split into two phases with a soft launch of the site initially, with the launch of the exciting new ecommerce shop coming soon.

It has been a pleasure working with Gerald and the team and we wish them continued success.
