The time has come to open the first window on our advent calendars; it’s officially December. We’re steaming rapidly towards that magical time of year once again and before we know it Christmas will be upon us – with the New Year not far behind.
Christmas, of course, brings with it all manner of goodies, the down side is that it inevitably presents us with an exceedingly long ‘To Do’ list before we can set ‘Out of Office’, relax and get our paws on the fun stuff.
This year we’d like to help you get a few of these things crossed off early to make the run up to the festive season that bit more enjoyable. 4. Give your social media some sparkle – drive traffic to your website, raise awareness of your business, build a brand personality and communicate with your audiences
5. Spruce up your flyers – are they sending the right message and addressing the relevant issues? Is the call to action clear? Make sure your sales tools work as hard as you do
6. Pick the perfect wrapping – create some superb product packaging – presentation is half the battle, particularly for retail businesses, so make yours shine
7. Give great cards – your business card is a mini reminder of you and your business, make sure yours does you proud
8. Giving is better than receiving – How can you keep your business at the front of your customer’s minds? Inspired promotional items can help
9. Don’t hide your light under a bushel – Make sure you are seen and let your signage do the talking
10. Make sure your website has all the trimmings – it’s the first bastion of your business in a digital age, so does your website have it all or is it letting you down? Does it reflect your corporate image and values or could it do with freshening up?
