Since February 2019, we have been busy working with the Founder of HeyMindy.com to refresh the brand identity and website, and support with promotional marketing activities for the launch of her new baby carrier product range in May.
Our first project and starting point, was to update and refresh the brand colour palette throughout the logo and the website, to ensure that it truly reflected the ethos and vision of the brand.
We applied a stronger tone to the core colour palette and expanded the secondary palette with complimentary colours. Extending the range of colours allowed us to more flexibly and easily develop the look and feel of the different product ranges as they evolved, without impacting on the core brand.
Working closely with our client’s developer, we reviewed the existing site from a user experience point of view and designed a series of new e-commerce pages to allow for a smoother buying journey with clear calls to action. We reworked elements of the structure of the site to support new content, new product pages, video and imagery to fully showcase the new products ready for launch.
As part of our website review, we identified the need to provide enhanced email communication campaigns to keep subscribers up to date with product developments, exhibitions and offers.
We designed and developed a series of automated email communications within Mailchimp to deliver key messages at appropriate points throughout the customer journey, as well as templates for a newsletter, voucher code offer and thank you for subscribing.
The whole team at Mzuri have thoroughly enjoyed working on launching this brand and seeing it come to life. and we are looking forward to getting started on forthcoming projects for Hey Mindy.
