Beacon Hill Village – A New Look

Following a design competition at Beacon Hill School, Mzuri Design was given the challenge of changing the inspired original concept drawing, by Millie Claxton aged 7, into a workable logo for the village and then translating this into a sign and promotional leaflet design.

The sign, which was officially unveiled just before Christmas, along with the other projects has had a very positive response.

The client commented “We worked with Mzuri Design to help with the promotion of Beacon Hill – part of the SEEDA Project, supported by Haslemere Initiative, Surrey County Council and Waverley Borough Council. We were impressed by Mzuri’s design options and delighted with their interpretation of the logo produced by School pupil, Millie Claxton. Mzuri managed the production of the new village sign and designed a leaflet. The village now has a visual identity it’s proud of.”
