JANUARY 22, 2016
Following on from our work on Butserfest 2015, we are excited to have been commissioned to work on this year’s festival. 2016 marks Butserfest’s 10th birthday, calling for the event to be the biggest and best yet.
To realise this goal, we are developing some really exciting projects for the festival this year; one being the creation of an all-new website. The fully CMS controlled site follows a more accessible responsive layout and features engaging video content, a comprehensive ‘Info Hub’ and an interactive photo gallery. Geared towards the target youth audience of the festival, the new site is vibrant, bold and entirely shareable on social media.
With promotion of the 2016 event intensifying as the festival draws nearer, this is a great marketing tool with which to showcase all that Butserfest has to offer!
Butserfest is an alcohol and drug-free festival, founded by East Hampshire District Council, following consultation with local young people in East Hampshire, who felt that there was not enough for them to do in the area. Butserfest has grown year-on-year over the last decade and now has a reputation for being the biggest festival of its kind in the country. Butserfest offers a wide range of music including internationally acclaimed acts while also promoting local talent and introducing young and up and coming acts. The festival also offers a wide range of activities and plenty of market and food stalls for people of all ages to enjoy, while promoting an extremely safe environment and a unique festival experience.
