Leadership Through the Ages

I’ve been interviewing recently and the question that I’m most often asked is ‘what do you love about working at Mzuri’. Candidates often regret asking me as I’ve been known to go on, at length, on this subject, but in a nutshell my answer always covers the fact that it doesn’t often feel like work because I love what I do, and secondly that I am lucky that no two days are the same and I’m never entirely sure what is going to grace my desk / phone / inbox each day. That excites me and there is nothing I like more than being challenged to do something we haven’t done before. And I think I speak for the whole team when I say that.

One such project was when Jason Harrison, from Different Business threw down the gauntlett to turn a series of carefully placed and annotated post-it notes on a wall into a poster for a leadership development programme he was running. The topic was leadership through the ages and we had a space of 1682 x 1189mm in which to present a complex array of information.

The brief started with a whistlestop tour of the post-it note prototype in the client’s office…

And here is what we ended up with! The final poster was printed full colour with a gloss laminate to give it durability and a slick finish. The client was delighted, as we we, with the finished result. We just love working on projects like this. Thanks Jason!
